about The PK Club

"Oh, so you're a part of the PK Club then?" I'm pretty sure all of us PKs have heard that phrase at least once in our lives.

It's that one sentence you cringe to hear, but love to say, right? 

So, you're a PK. A PC? A PS? A PD? Pastor's Kid, Pastor's Child, Pastor's Son, Pastor's Daughter. I'm almost one-hundred percent positive that people only use PK, and slightly more positive that I made up PS and PD, but anyways, Welcome!

If you're reading this (Hi Mom!) then you probably want to know more about The PK Club. 

Which is good. I would like you to know more about the PK Club.

Can I say PK Club one more time? Yes. Pk Club. 

Okay, sorry... I'll stop... The truth is, I'm trying to bribe you into continuing reading by providing a hook, that hopefully will make you laugh.

I will seriously stop now and tell you all about The PK Club.

So what is it?

The PK Club is a community for kids who have parents as pastors. Obviously. But it's so much more than that. The goal for this "Club" is to connect you with knowledge, friends, and community among the PKs of the world. Hopefully, you will be able to learn about your value and how to survive the world full of labels so graciously given to PKs. In addition, you can meet many other kids in the same boat as you, facing the same issues, same embarrassments, same fears. 

The PK Club is designed to provide information, connection, resources, and relationship. 

I so hope that you join in and know that while the PK life chose you, you can chose to live a life outside of the PK name.
